Body-Mind Essentials is a Buffalo based massage and wellness practice that offers massage therapy (Swedish, customized aromatherapy and prenatal/postnatal pregnancy massage), infant massage instruction, belly casting and educational services (including workshops on essential oil use and family health and wellness).

Pregnant and needing special attention? I am certified in MotherMassage®, offering prenatal/postnatal pregnancy massage and would be happy to assist you. A gentle massage relieves many of the physiological symptoms of pregnancy such as low back pain and sciatica, offers stress relief, benefits sleep, and supports your emotional well being.
Have a little one that you would like to embrace with nurturing touch? I offer several ongoing community-based infant massage classes where you can learn to massage and communicate with your little one. Infant massage helps to relieve stress (parent and baby), enhances bonding, benefits sleep, and helps with colic, gas, fussiness and more.
A variety of educational workshops are offered throughout the community, including:
